Good place to stay
Overall we had a good experience with our stay. The house was clean and well furnished. The owner was very friends and was quick to offer help and dinner suggestions(Brooklyn Pizza was great by the way). I do have a few small gripes. Would have liked to have more towels/wash cloths and a baking sheet or 2 so the over could be used. Also would have like to be able to control the thermostat. Overall a great experience and would stay again if I were in the area.

Overall great stay
Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It was very clean. The check in and out process had a few hiccups however the owner was able to resolve them quickly. The grass wall and neon sign was a great feature that made for a great photo opportunity.

This home was overall a very nice stay! The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean! We traveled for a concert in Newark so for that, it was perfect.

Came for Daughter and Son n Love Baby Shower
It was a decent stay, but I have stayed in much better establishments. The property manager was pleasant and very helpful and amenable to the needs of my mother who is disabled and elderly. You cannot control the temperature. The thermostat was set up 77 degrees, which made it extremely hot, however, we opened up the windows and sliding glass door to the patio. This resulted in the place cooling off. If you like plush towels, you better bring your own. The towels and wash clothes seems like there were bought at a thrift shop or a garage sale. However, any concern we had was addressed. My family was comfortable.One small issues was the smell of marijuana throughout the place on two occasions. It was coming through the vents from a joining unit. It was no problem because it is legal in New Jersey, however, some other renter may have an issue or allergic to the smell. We told the property, but he said he could not smell it. My brother and I laughed because we knew it was him...Who orders food by Doordash 12am in the morning if they don't have the munchies :o) All good.

DONT DO IT!!
**This is a warning for anybody and everybody** HOST IS A HORRIBLE PERSON! The door lock code he provided wasn't working and lock doesn't unlatch unless he override from his phone to unlock and let you in. Host lives upstairs from this rental. He doesn't care if you buzz him upstairs, call, text, email or anything. So you WILL BE LOCKED OUT UNTIL HE LETS YOU IN! That is not all- The pictures shown are not up to date. The refridgerator is an old little black fridge that is plugged in but doesnt work. Meaning it lights up when u open the door but it doesn't feel cold and DOES NOT keep cool.(Medication and food will expire) No towels provided. Toilets dont flush properly, you need to press and hold down for pressure, sometimes twice. There are stains in the master bed- bathtub. No parking provided. You park on the street & there are many other residents there so goodluck with that. Lastly- The host, Isaiah, told me the door lock disables when there is rain after the fact that we were locked out for over 3 hours. It was a heavy rain storm and he knew that but failed to take care of that issue. I booked to stay at FaithInn for 3 nights. He charged me $250 for 1 extra night stay and i paid in full. On the first day all these issues happened. The firat night we were locked out. The next morning i found out the fridge didnt work and when we left to the pharmacy- he cancelled my reservation, stated that he didnt owe us a refund because we were causing him inconvenience.

My husband, daughter and I were in town for Thanksgiving. The 3 bedroom home was stocked with the staple things we needed. The checkin - checkout process was simple. I liked the inspirational messages throughout. The location was perfect for our needs. I would stay here again.

Great Stay
Overall, our experience at this location was great. The only thing that was disappointing is that we can not control the temperature in the location. Had we had known that before booking, that may have altered our booking. Luckily, it was not hot at night and we were ok.
