The hotel itself was ok, going through renovations. Area around hotel seemed unsafe, limited dining options. Breakfast was good, but snacks offered or available very limited.

Under renovation. Our room was new and spotless with a great bed. When I phoned from Canada about shuttle service I was told only the pickup times. We wasted some time finding out the pick up was from P4 . Upon arrival there there was no sign for this hotel. Again we had to ask many questions , All this frustration could have been answered avoided with better information on my original inquiry.

Good shuttle service made it easy to and from airport. Wall are thin and could hear people in next room talking and baby crying in the middle of the night. Close to highway so some traffic noise.

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel currently. Hotel anppears to be a little older and worn down. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

The hotel was extremely difficult to get to especially if you are not familiar with NJ and the highways. Hotel is in process of being updated, and construction going on. There was supposed to be a pool, when asked about it they said it had been closed since 2020 to upgrade the exercise room which was also under construction still. I was not told there was a daily parking fee and only found out after they charged my card several days later.. Staff was nice is about the only good thing i can say. Won't be staying here again.

False advertisement!!! It says there’s an indoor pool & spa. We stayed from March 5-9, 2025. When I asked where the pool was, the receptionist said the pool @ spa had been closed since 2020, the year of Covid & they are going to make it into a bigger gym. thaT was 5 years ago! Why still advertise that there is a pool & spa. Then when we used the free shuttle to the airport, the driver literally yelled at a van full of customers including my family & I because we didn’t put our name on the list. We didn’t know that was the procedure. We asked the front desk if we can get the shuttle & she simply said yes it will be here shortly. We shouldn’t have been reprimanded like little children. We’ve stayed at Fairfield Hotels in other states where they were under renovations & never had such a terrible stay. Regardless of noise, etc. it was the treatment & false advertising.
