It is the first time that I have stayed in a room that was not cleaned daily. No one cleaned room, picked up trash or brought clean towels. I asked for towels and none were brought to the room. Very poor lighting. And the refrigerator froze everything we put in it. Iron was dirty as well as the ironing boad cover. Very dissapointing. The gentleman at the front desk and the security guard were both awesome I have to say.

The property was ok, our rooms were not ready when we got there. We booked 2 rooms, one wasn't ready and I had a family member go down to get the key to the other room when it was ready. One of the guys at customer service was very rude and said that we can't have the rooms together. The young man that originally checked us in was very nice and helpful. He told me that he wanted to get our 2 rooms close to each other since we came as a family. Also, the water would not drain well in the shower. The floors in the bathroom were dirty and needed to be scrubbed. Not very sanitary. No shower gel in the bottle for us to use. Not sure if I would choose this location again. We came from OKC.

Had an absolute horrid experience at the Hampton Inn and Suites - Harrison Newark Riverwalk property. This has to be the worst experience i have had in a hotel so far. We had to wait for nearly an hour to be checked in to our room and the front desk manager was unnecessarily rude and arrogant and went to the extent of saying "I am not obligated to help you or speak with you". Never Coming back here ever again!
