The facility needs major repairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in has multiple items broken. The couch was lopsided with chunks taken out of the fabric, broken tables, broken artwork hanging on the walls, hair all over the bathroom. Not sure if it was from cleaning people but there was hair on the walls and floor of the tub, floor and sink counter. Entire hotel smelled of weed. Not a safe area. Alarms going off all night.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. The hotel is poorly maintained and lacks basic cleanliness. I saw bugs in the lobby immediately upon arrival. My first room had a broken, water-damaged TV and a bathroom that hadn't been properly cleaned (there were hair and nail clippings left behind). After requesting a room change, the second room was also dirty, I found stray hairs on the bed linens, indicating the bedding had not been properly changed. Additionally, the hallway floors felt structurally unsound; during the snow, I encountered a soft, sunken spot in the corridor that felt like a puddle under the carpet. I would not recommend staying here until serious repairs are made.

This location need a lot of work dusty furniture leaking shower and dirty . Find a roach in the bathroom mi first night . I don't think this location I good for family with kids a lot of is going on feel more like a motel than a hotel I don't feel secure as a single woman staying there it need a lot of improvement.
