Stayed one night at the Hampton Inn for a morning flight. The room was large and very comfortable. The shuttle was on schedule and the front desk was friendly. The breakfast was pretty standard so overall great stay

The cleaning crew and kitchen crew were nice and friendly but the front desk not so much. The maintenance guy walking around with work tools and yelling on the hallway and elevator are didn't make me feel safe. My biggest upset was the front desk weren't friendly and they seemed to be bothered if asked for directions about where to go eat or explain how to get to New York City.
