This is not a great place. No amenities. Staff sat behind what was probably bulletproof plastic and barely spoke to us as we arrived and left. Advertised breakfast is a "grab and go box" that included all prepackaged foods (Oreos, little bites, apple juice, and unrefrigerated drinkable yogurt) plus one tiny orange. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands, just one set of very small shampoo and conditioner. Hardly enough if one of the three of us registered for the room needed it. Elevators smelled of marijuana and people were yelling on the halls and banging on doors till 2:30 am. No instructions for finding programs on the television. Beds were ok and towels were clean. Decor and furniture was very dated and shower looked stained. Surprised to see staff member feeding pigeons in the parking lot when we left, attracting a whole flock to fly over guests' cars! Not what I expected for a Ramada by Wyndham.

I’ve stayed in third world countries with cleaner rooms. I pulled back my sheet and there was a cockroach. The key cards stop working anytime it touches your phone in your pocket. The cleaning staff used shopping carts it was ghetto overall.

As soon as you come to in front of the property, 2 or 3 homeless people are seated in front of the building. The concierge was not walking at all, we arrived alittle there was a long line. The room we were given smelt of stale cigarettes, paint chipping off the wall, shower rod falling, light in the bathroom dim, shower head broken, chair in the room peeling off. When i returned to the concierge he stated the room was not a smoking room and nothing else was available. None of my concerns were addressed until i went back the cincierge the following day and continued complaining. Only the issue of the shower head and shower rod was address. I wasnt offered a room change until after my second night. Lets not discuss the breakfast situation. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. ITS A GRAB BOX GIVEN BETWEEN 7 TO 9. It contained a lil bits muffins, a tangerine, lays potato chips, a yogurt, and an apple juice. The regional manager needs to look into this hotel especially after hours. This site is a horrible representation of the brand.

I made my reservation clearly stating that the payment would be made only upon check-in. However, the hotel charged the full amount in advance, plus a deposit, without notifying me or requesting authorization. No one called or emailed me before charging my card. The check-in process was fast — and honestly, that was the only positive part of my stay. When I entered the room, the floor was dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken and lying on the floor, and the toilet paper itself was dirty and placed on the sink, clearly having fallen to the floor before. The entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, including the hallways and elevator, even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room. I don’t smoke, and neither I nor my family should be forced to stay in such an environment. I went back to the front desk immediately and spoke with the general manager, who told me there were no other rooms available but that he would send someone to “clean” it. A man and a woman came to the room, but instead of cleaning, they sprayed Febreze on the floor and wiped it with a mop — that’s not cleaning; that’s ridiculous. I mentioned the broken toilet paper holder, and they said only maintenance the next day could fix it. At that point, I was too tired to find another hotel. I had been driving for hours and attending an event all day, so we stayed — but only because we had no choice. The bathtub was filthy; we had to shower wearing flip-flops.

I stay at this hotel 10/11/25 we coming from New York for a birthday party. And this hotel smells and I had a horrible experience. They was roaches on the wall in the bathroom on the table.. I even find a roast on my husband face …. It was horrible… you guys lost a customers cause I will never stay here again… wait of my money
