Clean, tidy & modern
Very well equipped room with modern fit-out. Very clean & tidy. 60+ Mbps internet, with TV (& Freeview). There is information about where to go and get something to eat, the carpark is easy to get in & out of. The whole thing was very easy. This is my second visit, and i would definitely stay here again if the time comes.

A wonderful stay!
Whilst choosing whether to book this property, I was initially dubious about the 10/10/Excellent reviews but decided to give it a go. Contact was all done via text message, with precise and accurate instructions about how to self check in etc. The whole property was spotless. There was still a smell of fresh paint, so I knew it had recently been refurbished, as per other reviews. I had Room 1 on the ground floor and I can report that I couldn’t find fault! Not a speck of dust, no unpleasant lingering smells from previous guests, nothing! Now I can see why it gets such high ratings. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful and the background noise was minimal. Situated in a quiet village, there wasn’t any road noise and I wasn’t awoken early in the morning by other guests coming and going. A wonderful stay!
