First off the hotel is great however the rooms are cold. They look pretty and they’re clean but cold air blows in throw windows. The front desk staff are ALWAYS ON THEIR CELLPHONES DONT GREET U just put their hand out for your ID and debit card. Now the parking lot ATTENDANTS WILL COME TO YOUR CAR AND ASK YOU TO ROLL WINDOW DOWN SO THE CAN BEG FOR A TIP! they do it everytime I’ve been here. They don’t have pleasant attitudes at all. They even crashed one customers crash into another persons car. They beg for tips even when you park your car yourself . Housekeeping does an amazing job!! They throughly clean. This was my third time here and I’m definitely going to try another next month

Staff at check-in were aloof at best. Our non-smoking room, reeked of cigarette smoke and when I brought this to their attention, they initially told me they had no other rooms. However, when I insisted, they miraculously found me another room. This one, while not smelling, had a problematic, inconsistently running heat system and we were unable to turn off the bathroom vent.

Good: Responsive staff and a convenient shuttle to EWR. Inexpensive as well. Bad: We changed rooms multiple times. First room had a constant, very loud fan, audible through the HVAC vent. I had the benefit of seeing many rooms at this property, and can report that this seems most problematic on upper floors near the elevator. Second room had sheets that had not been properly cleaned with copious evidence of prior 'activity'. Third room had sheets with the exact same issue. Night manager was pleasant and helpful, but not convincingly surprised. After some searching, we found a room with what looked like clean sheets. Unpleasant: the in room lighting is terrible IMO.

Never stay in this hotel or you will be 1000% disappointed. Airport shuttle was not arrived on time, I waited in the Newark airport more than one hour and the driver told a lie. I stayed in this hotel on Jan. 22. 2026. The room was too cold, and I called front desk for additional blanket at 2:30 in the morning, but the front desk person answered that he is not responsible for the guest request. I could not sleep all night. It was really terrible.
