Not only did they have breakfast daily there were snacks after hours as well which sometimes hard to find open establishments at night in the U.P. Staff was nice & accommodating. Would definitely go back.

Great place to stay

The people are wonderful and very helpful. They had a laundry that we used. The lobby with the fireplace was very inviting and we sat there every night in front of the fire.

Hotel With a Heart

We were staying at the Pleasant Moose Lodge due to a death in the family. The staff found out the purpose of our stay and were very compassionate and offered us extra assistance. Everyone was so nice. We would all go back to the Pleasant Moose Lodge on a haapier occasion.

We wanted to go to see the falls and this was a good location for that and also going up to White Fish Point. The staff was great, there was complimentary bottled water, fruit, popcorn, pastrys coffee and tea availble all day. The breakfast was good. The area where the breakfast is has a fireplace that was not on in the mornings but that's not a big deal. The room was spacious, clean comfortable.

The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. We loved the popcorn cart with delicious popcorn always available. The autumn decorations were a nice touch. Our room was clean well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant Moose Lodge

Pleasant Moose Lodge was an older establishment but very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area around Newberry. We stayed here with another couple who were travelling with their pets. Staff very accepting.

Everything at this property was amazing. Rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. 24 hour staff and Staff was amazing. Gift shop was cute. Great breakfast. Food to order at 3am if needed. Amazing place close to towb.

Uncomfortable

Really liked location, felt welcomed, good breakfast choices,but bed was not comfortable.We stayed two nights. The only reason I stayed the 2nd night was because I prepaid and it was non refundable. Staff we very compassionate and called manager but 2nd night was completely booked she said and even if it wasn’t staff said that all the rooms have the same mattresses. Very disappointing. We liked everything else alot!! But won’t be back or reccomend until they get new mattresses.
