Room was comfy and certainly a great value but the hotel could use some overall repairs. Light fixtures in the hallway with no cover, writing on the door to our bathroom. Elevator not working so we used the stairs, which was fine except that the stairwell stunk.

Hotel was in disrepair. Run down and in need of a lot of attention. The room itself was fine but seeing the outside I wasn’t sure how clean the room itself really was and felt icky sleeping there

A party was happening around with blasting music, people screaming and when called staff they say they didn’t hear it but later they aaid we did but we are not able to know where is coming from 2. Walls are ao thin you can hear the other person caughing 3. My earplugs (expensive ones) were either stolen or by accident thrown away. Called to let them know they are missing. They aaid wewill update you, but no one called. 4. No food available 5. Carpets doesnt seem to be vacum 6. Toilet lifht glitching

Property is smoke free but the entire place smelled like smoke. Our first room we had to be swapped out because of the strong smell, we got changed to another room that was slightly less smellier. Also be advised you will be asked to pay for a hold for your stay, which will be released later.

The latina female w/glasses was very rude. She didn't smile, leg up on the chair and acted as though she did not want to be there. She was also constantly looking at her phone. We will not return as I find this not to be acceptable when we picked this hotel b/c it has a very good review. The walls are also leaking in the hallways. They originally put us in a room on the other side of the hotel where the elevator doesn't work. We had to also go downstairs to swap rooms in which the next female employee was much more better.

The air conditioning was not working properly, the elevator was out and they didn’t inform me when I checked in despite being on the third floor, and was overall dingy. They had a sign on the door informing guests to lock and deadbolt the door which makes me feel as if this location is unsafe. It was odd.

Would NOT Recommend

I would not recommend his hotel. Elevator on my side of the hotel was out of order, but front desk attendant did not tell me that. She let me walk to the elevator to see the 'out of order' sign. I went back to her and asked if there was another elevator. I could use the elevator on the other side of the hotel to get to the second floor, but till had to walk up the stairs to the third floor. Luckily, I am capable of walking up stairs. Saw a few roaches in the room and also a hole in the wall.
