Good value for money …. Overall great stay ….. could do with breakfast included like other hotels and a bit pricey if you pay extra !!!! Car parking extra !!!!

We felt the service in parts was very good however there were times when it was extremely poor. The most annoying incidence was when I asked at front desk if we had breakfast included. After some time, I was told no it was not included and had to pay an extra £18. We needed to get to work, time was precious. My colleague came down to check out and asked the same question and was told yes she does have it. I also did but was given the wrong info. All very annoying. Also, no plug in the bath which removed the option to take a bath. On arrival, the receptionist was quite unfriendly towards my colleague. Not a great experience. We also asked for wine with dinner but was given a different wine to what we asked for. Many dinner choices were not available including the mezze and halloumi tries. It was poor.
