Very nice hotel, great location. But noisy late at night but not too bad. My room was excellent, large, well-equipped and comfortable. Needed another light in the bathroom. Check out time of noon would be better than 11am (just in case you need it). Car park was very secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, simple room in a central location, easy for the train. I didn’t use the parking but it had good spaces if you need it. No toiletries provided. I forgot my phone charger, and they couldn’t lend me one but directed me to the shop over the road, where I could buy one. Didn’t try the breakfast but Bill’s is next door and was great.

Small but perfectly formed

I had a nice small room in the hotel, lots of shops in Newbury and lots of places to eat and drink, and a nice stroll to the racecourse.
