Very friendly staff who helped us make the most of our time in Newcastle. We received wine and cheese on arrival which was amazing. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and very tasty with a good portion size. Comfy bed and plenty of space in the room. Plenty of street parking around the place and close to train/bus routes if you’d prefer to leave the car behind. We really enjoyed our stay!
