My daugther and I had a lovely over night stay. The staff were super friendly, the space was lovely a clean and we had everything we would need. The little kitchen with tea coffee and breakfast was just perfect also. We will be back next time we pop into Newcastle without a doubt!

The property was pretty good for what it was .... pub accommodation, which was very fit for purpose. I found the staff to be very helpful

It was unusual for a pub but the service was great and the food wonderful. The music a surprise but it did Stop at 10 pm as promised.

All seemed fine until I sat on the bed...sank like a banana and I found myself in what can only be described as a hammock style shape all night. Very uncomfortable hubby side of the bed was ok but something was broken underneath mattress.

These are the things we would like to hear about personally, as we never sleep in these beds and have not had anyone complain before. As you have reviewed us anonymously it is hard for us to rectify this situation and have the bed fixed. We would really appreciate it if perhaps you could give us some more information, at least the room number you stayed in so we can look into the state of the bed and have it fixed. Thankyou
