A unique two story home from the 1890's, has 6 spacious double bedrooms, each with its own individual appeal, bay window, fire place,
or verandah to name a few. A large casual lounge that looks out to a private back yard with inground heated pool. The option of two dining areas one more formal than the other. The property is set in a quiet street right in the heart of Hamilton. This home is a short walk to Beaumont Street eateries, Gregson Park and Broadmeadow race track. Its only a 5-10 minute drive to the Newcastle beaches or a 45 minute drive to the Hunter Valley Vinyards.

The manor of your dreams

A wonderful heritage house
This house had everything we needed, for two families to stay comfortably. Wouldn’t be great for younger or boisterous kids as a lot of lovely ornaments and things we’d be worried they’d break, but was fine for our tribe and had plenty of space for everyone. Thank you!

Plenty of room, great location!
Plenty of room, great location with a cafe right across the road for coffees & brekkies. Walking distance to pubs was very convenient! Also, well stocked kitchen & bathroom (especially toilet paper) which was a nice surprise compared to other places we have stayed. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway was also a bonus.
