Hotel is great but service is slow!

Hotel is great. Service very slow at bar and at Gino’s restaurant. We had pre booked a table for a dinner at 1730 but were not seated until 1800 due to lack of tables. The same thing happened at breakfast, had to wait 30mins for a table.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a balcony room, lovely view of the river & very nice that we could sit outside. We had gone for my partners birthday & a lovely bottle of fizz was left for us to enjoy. Yeah quite good

Lovely hotel, large room with a river view, room nice and clean, free soft drinks and water. Sadly for me the mattress was a bit to firm and the breakfast wasn't as good as another rival hotel.

Lovely Hotel

Stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and we have always had a lovely stay, this time was no exception. Friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel. Gino’s restaurant good food, reasonably priced and nice staff.

Not bad, not great.. theres better hotels in this price range. Parking is terrible and the desk is very unhelpful bordering on rude, this could have been a one off but the way my wife was spoken to when asking about parking caused us to start our trip stressed and annoyed. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are not great, toilet was in a cupboard and the shower is in the bedroom, views of the river from the "balcony" are hidden by a large muddy field (the roof)
