Hasnt been updated in 20 plus years, shower was pathetic and wouldnt wash a frog, still has a shower curtain / bath! Was booked to stay again, as hard to get two separate beds, but cancelled to stay elsewhere at a higher cost!

Breakfast was disappointing Not much choice no mushroom hash brown black pudding fruit juices mostly empty and you had to tip them to the side for anything to come out Nearly every table had used dishes etc on and you had to move the used dishes to another table

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were lovely and clean.. Bed was massive. We booked superior king room. Central to the heart of the city. Breakfast was buffet style and also had ceresls and fruit. Catered for everyone. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay x 😘
