This is a new second floor loft apartment in an architect designed conversion of a large period house.

Sunderland Central Station is around 10 mins walk. The main bus/coach exchange is about 15 mins away.

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

    Needs some improvement!

    Definitely not luxurious…But clean inside. Outside , rubbish in front of the door and side….. Was not cleaned while we were there. Owner was notified…..My husband had to sweep the rubbish away from entrance… Needs to have amenities upgraded. Towels, pots and pans , could not use them, so old and grungy. Would have been nice to have been able to cook as we were staying there for 8 days. Utensils very sparse. Would have given it a five star rating if amenities had been more up to standard. And outside was clean.
