It was my first stay at Novotel Newcastle and I enjoyed the experience. From a very polite and helpful check in to efficient friendly restaurant staff. Decent dinner choices at good prices great veg cooked just right and I really enjoyed the cottage pie. The room was clean and functional and had a comfortable bed I'll stay again and would recommend
