We had a car so convenient to park, easy 10 min walk to Grey street which is hub of Newcastle. Breakfast pack very good for morning starter.

The room was of a really good size. It had everything you would need, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. Tea tray was good. Check in was very easy and the young man was very helpful. All areas were clean and tidy.
Bathroom of a good size. Bit dissapointed with the shower. Shower head was really small, had to be facing towards the wall or it would have ran onto the bathroom. I am only small but found the height of the toilet very low. Towels were of a good siz
I only found one problem in the bedroom. The bedside lights don't have switches on both sides, so had to get out of bed to walk round and switch off. Very well equipped room.

The room and bathroom were clean and there was plenty of parking. Grab and Go breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The drawback was the loud banging of the front and internal doors, which went on to 2am. If the door could close quietly, it would be a better place to stay.

I enjoyed my three night stay at the Room's Inn again. The double en suite room was immaculate & well presented. The bed was comfortable & i slept well. The breakfast provided was pleasing along with free wifi & other amenities. The staff at the Room's in are both friendly & helpful who provide excellent customer service. I am now looking forward to my next stay at the Room's Inn which shall be next week afterall.

Excellent value for money

This hotel was really great value. For the cost, I was not expecting a very upmarket or luxurious stay, but the staff were friendly, my room was clean and quiet and the takeaway breakfast in the morning was very convenient. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my third stay the Room's Inn Hotel & i slept well also. The room with en suite i stayed in was clean & bed was Comfortable. I appreciate the breakfast to go as it is healthy & very convenient for me. The facilities provided at the Room's Inn are very good. The staff are helpful & provide a great service afterall.

Had a comfortable nights stay. The room was okay considering the price was reasonable. The breakfast bag was very nice. Very easy access and 20 minute walk to St James Park. Quiet hotel.

Not good

The room had torn catpets, dirty bed frame. Uncomfortable lumpy mattress and foisty bedding. The shower had mould around the glass. For the price i expected more, i should have gone travel lodge
