A 5 minute walk to Pelaw Metro Station where you can get access to Newcastle, Sunderland and the coast. Also 12 minutes drive from Newcastle. Ideal for a short commute to Newcastle City Centre as well as being a comfortable home from home for those working in the area.
After plenty of time and effort searching for the right properties to host in Newcastle, we are very proud to be able to allow guests into this modern 5 bedroom house, just outside the city centre.
Ideal for working professionals/contractors, family, friends or just coming to events in Newcastle City centre. Pets are welcome but will have an additional fee.

BEDROOMS: 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin rooms with high quality linen, for a comfortable night sleep.
BATHROOM: The double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is 1 full bathroom with standing shower and bathtub.
ACCESSIBILITY: The property has 2 flights of stairs and wouldn't be accessible for wheelchairs.
SECURITY: The property is fitted with one ring doorbell camera in the lobby of the house located visibly facing the front door. The camera is activated when it detects movement and is there for safety.
PARKING: There is free on-street parking
