This spacious terraced house is ideal for families, groups, or contractors. With front and back gardens, plus private parking at the rear, it offers both comfort and convenience. The front sits on a peaceful pedestrian street, with access through the rear gate and door. Inside are four bedrooms—three doubles and two singles—along with two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and overhead shower. A welcoming base for work or leisure. The space The property has 5 spacious bedrooms, all fitted with open clothes rails. The house has five spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and three with single beds. Each room includes an open clothes rail with shelves and hangers, a mirror, a bedside table, and a lamp.
The Living Room has a large sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV with Netflix.
The property has two modern bathrooms. The first includes a bath, a heated shower, a toilet, a sink, and a towel radiator. The second has a heated shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator as well.
