The full house is Level with one step entry for Grandparents (exception of basement game room & Laundry room which you can go around back and enjoy with no steps).

The city of Newnan was great. This property is located in a cozy little neighborhood and very close to the adorable downtown area. The home itself is well decorated and it almost felt like we were just staying with a close family friend. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cookware and appliances as well. The only thing with which we were really displeased was the overall cleanliness of the home. It was dusty and seems to be in need of a deep clean. We believe the sheets were clean but the bathroom rugs, blankets and comforters didn’t seem to be freshly laundered. The shower liner has a musty moldy smell as well.

We loved the location, the layout, the amenities, and almost everything else. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review is that the refrigerator shelves, kitchen countertops, and bathroom faucets all needed significant cleaning before use. As long as these items are addressed at wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The house was large and had nice amenities. Beautiful decor and landscaping. The downsides were that the property wasn’t as clean as I had expected. There was dust on the furniture and under the beds. There were no dishwasher pods left, so we were unable to follow the cleaning instructions that ask for the dishes to be ran before leaving. There were beetles and biting ladybugs all over the house, it made us feel uncomfortable. We also found it unusual that the owner has food stored in the freezer that states that it was not to be eaten by guests. All around, a mostly good stay. Would likely not stay again.

We visit Newnan often and found this place to be well appointed and convenient. It's proximity to downtown Newnan is great! It is close to a busy intersection right next to the new large high school but we didn't mind and traffic was never an issue for our day to day outings. Evenings were quiet. The house itself is cute, clean and comfortable. It's very tastefully updated and the kitchen has all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay short or long. We will definitley have this rental marked as a favorite for our future trips to visit local family.

Rose Cottage

I stayed at Rose Cottage while working in Newnan, it was exactly as described, great location and very comfortable. We walked to the historic downtown in the evenings, it is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The area is very nice and the historic homes are so beautiful. The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the cookware I needed. The coffee bar was a great perk. Thank you.
