When you enter our home you are greeted by the open concept Kitchen and Living room which features a couch and 2 dining tables for 4 . Step into our kitchen which boasts stainless steel high end appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal. From the living and dining area step out onto the rooftop patio in the evening to grill on the BBQ or enjoy the fire pit while relaxing on the plush seating couch.The best part of this home is that every Bedroom has an attached Bathroom.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation. - Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected. - Parking notes: You will find assigned parking for 2 cars in a 2 car garage. Please do not park in Carports next to home. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
