-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

We had such a wonderful week! We enjoyed a perfect family vacation. We had 3 generations (19 people) and everyone had plenty of space. We rented all 3 units. It is an ideal location, right on the beach. The roof patio added a special touch. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed every minute! We would most definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as advertised. The house was in great condition, and there was plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out, or hang out together. The location is second to none, and we had a great time!
