You'll be within easy walking distance to restaurants, the Fun Zone, Marina Park, and the Newport & Balboa Piers. In other words, park the car and forget about it for your entire vacation! One of three rentals on the property, this unit is tucked back from the street and is located on the first floor. Here's what you'll find:

Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
