Casa 223 is a 2bd/2ba street level unit (short street ends in a dock...cul-de-sac like) with sit down views of the sandy beach and lighthouses from the living room (the tall one is The Lighthouse Cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner). You'll have expansive views of the water, boats, and sand to the left of a small beach building which is surrounded by swaying palms and beautiful plants giving a very tropical vibe, with sand, water, and the lighthouses to the right. The gourmet kitchen, in this modern beach decor home, is fully outfitted including custom cabinetry, quartz, and Jenn Aire pro appliances. There are two baths, one ensuite to the main with walk-in shower, and hall bath with shower/tub combo. Casa 223 sleeps up to 5 comfortably with Westin Heavenly beds (Cal King in main, Queen in secondary, and TWIN hi-line double height auto inflate/deflate for 5th guest). Both bedrooms open up to a lovely rear courtyard. Entertain
swimmingly (when you're not swimming) in 223's large front courtyard with 10-12 person dining, outdoor sectional seating, electric ceiling heater, and Weber 3 burner Natural Gas BBQ.

We're the perfect home away from home when you're away for the holidays, reunions, or hosting family and friends for wedding festivities (Wedding Venue at Marina Park end of beach).

View the world famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade starting Wednesday December 18th 2024, from the comfort of your Casa. The parade runs for 5 nights and passes early for the little ones. You can view the parade both coming and going. The first nights festivities begin with fireworks by the pier AND one night of the five includes festivities on our beach in front at Marina Park with live music, food and local vendors.
