The condo was right on the corner of Iris and Main road near Starbucks, but it wasn't noisy at night at all. We enjoyed being so close to everything. The downstairs is spacious and kitchen is nice size. There is no backyard and the parking is quite small so we parked on the street with our SUV.

Iris Beach Location - Great Spot

Love this location. Was easy access to everything we enjoy - restaurants, park, beach. We thought it would be loud being next to PCH and retail, but was actually very quite. Was nice becuase you are walking distance to the beach, but don't have to fight the beach traffic/parking. House was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was great to have a bedroom and full bath downstairs for my older mother that came a couple of days to stay with us. Very easy check in process. Would definitely stay again!
