I specifically requested a quiet room in advance due to insomnia, but unfortunately I was assigned one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel. The room was very close to the airport, and airplanes were taking off throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. This was especially disappointing because my request was made ahead of time and was ignored. The lack of rest significantly affected my stay. I hope the hotel will take guest requests more seriously in the future, especially when they relate to sleep and comfort.

Vladimir assisted us upon arrival and was incredibly helpful! He answered all of our questions and provided excellent service, explaining everything the hotel has to offer. 10/10! Our room was very clean with no issues at all, and room service was also a 10/10. Overall, a great place to stay, highly recommend!

You can hear the airplanes take off when in the room, the shower was hard to figure out how to turn it off, the only drinking glass if you want to call it that were paper cups, and when ask for a print out of my invoice the only things listed on it was the food and parking. I was told a receipt for the room would be email to me which wasn't when I checked at 10:45 pm, which I need to get reimburse by my company. And when I call to ask about it no one answered.
