This light and airy, newly renovated upstairs unit features 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfectly located in the heart of Newport Beach on the Balboa Peninsula, this home has it all for your next vacation.

Fully remodeled 3 years ago with the highest quality materials, this home features Milgard double pane windows and sliding glass doors, LED recessed lighting, custom maple cabinets with stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully remodeled bathrooms with the same cabinets and countertops as the kitchen, all new flooring, fixtures and more. Just 1 house separates you from the beach, and across the street from the Balboa Island Ferry, iconic beaches, piers, boating, restaurants, fishing, surfing, biking - it does not get any better.

The beautiful kitchen has a bar with extra seating and opens up to the living and dining areas, all one big shared area. There is a balcony with a table and BBQ right off the kitchen that also has sliding glass door access from the bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The master bedroom has a king bed, with a lounge area, an en suite full bathroom, and a private balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and the forth has 2 twin beds. The last 3 bedrooms all share the hall full bathroom. 1 parking spot available in the shared garage. Washer/Dryer available.

Please note that there is construction in the alley behind the home. In Newport Beach, construction is allowed on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The property was lovely and could not have been in a better location - mere steps from beautiful sandy beaches. The photos are accurate and the home was perfect for our big family group. My only negatives are more so with the property management company - which seems to rent out most of Newport Beach and shows they have far too many properties to manage with care. They didn’t disclose in advance all the cleaning requirements (in addition to paying a cleaning fee you’ll be asked to strip beds, do dishes, take out trash, etc), nor did they disclose construction next door that goes on from 7am - 6 days a week. Our washing machine was broken and no one replied to my messages. We also got (seemingly spam?!) saying someone was going to come to the property and check the internet - very strange but no one replied to confirm. Overall we had a great stay but expected the Newport Beach Rentals company to be in better communication.

The property was in a great location - easy to walk to pier, beach, and food. The unit was nice. There were some things amiss that management handled right away. The kitchen was missing a few key items. There was not a large skillet. We had to cook our eggs and meat in a small pan and then cook another batch. It sleeps 8. We had 6 adults and a toddler. It was a nice size for us.

Great stay for 8 in Newport

We've been to Newport Beach a few times and this was our favorite property! Very close to Ruby's for the kids and close enough for a nice walk to our favorite place, Seaside Bakery. We had a family emergency while we were staying here and were able to add another night, seamlessly, to our stay. We'll be back for sure!
