EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 trifold floor mat is provided (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
PARKING: Two carport spaces accommodate most vehicles, accessed via rear alley; general street parking - metered and non-metered - throughout the neighborhood.
LAUNDRY: Free stacked washer/dryer are located inside the unit. Guests should provide laundry supplies.
