Arrived early (2 pm) and was told room wasn’t ready. (I expected that) I was told they would text me when ready. Checked back 4 times- staff was rude at that point. Room still wasn’t ready at 4:30! They offered me $15 off the $40 parking fee for my time. I suggested they just comp the total parking which they finallly did. Never got the room we reserved (2 doubles) for my son and I. Ended up with a Murphy bed and Queen. Very disappointing service!

When we arrived the key card system was down had to have someone take us up to our room. We went out for the night and when we got back in the system was only working on one computer with o we persons log in. Got charged twice for parking when I asked the receptionist she said she didn’t charge me but the charge is on my bank account.
