Designed for large groups, the property comfortably accommodates up to 36 guests, ideal for family reunions, celebrations, and group getaways. With the beach just steps away, enjoy effortless access to Newport’s best coastal experiences.

FIRST RESIDENCE:
Located at 3980 Seashore Drive, enjoy the ground-floor 3BR/2BA and the second-floor 5BR/3BA residence.

LIVING & DINING AREAS:
Ground level features a comfortable living space with sofa seating, streaming TV, dining for six. Upstairs offers a second living area with sofa seating, streaming TV, and dining for 6–8.

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for your comfort.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: Each home offers a coin-operated washer and dryer located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Guests must provide their own supplies and quarters.

Parking: Eight (8) designated spaces. General neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available
