This terrific 3 bedroom, 2 bath lower apartment of a duplex has new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms! Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand. This is a perfect beach house for a family vacation. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.
Entering the front door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, comfy living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with beach views, a bbq and patio table, chairs and umbrella. Stacked laundry unit is right off the newly remodeled all white kitchen, a convenience not always found in beach homes.
Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 freshly remodeled full bathrooms. 3 TV's- Living room and first 2 bedrooms.1 parking spot in a shared garage with back unit.
The garage is very small and tight that is shared with the other unit. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be tight fit. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets. SLP13744

Beautiful Beach House
Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

Perfect beach getaway
Located steps from the sand, this property is perfectly situated in a quieter part of Newport Beach, but is still within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and bars. We enjoyed dinners and afternoons on the front patio and had everything we needed to bbq or cook meals. We would definitely go back to this unit!

Beautiful home steps away from the sand
This house was stunning on the inside. The garage is a bit small, the people renting above us had quite a large car so we weren’t able to park ours in there for a few days. It was also extremely hot inside the house, we constantly had the fans blowing because there is no AC in homes near the beach.
Overall, this house was beautiful and perfect for the time being. Parking and the heat are normal adversities when coming to Newport, but other than that, our stay was awesome!
