Newport is a wonderful destination. This Inn is perfectly located to walk anywhere. Clean and somewhat updated. But ask ahead if your room has A/C. The rooms are in an old house. This is not a Hyatt. But that’s part of the joy. It also means it is easy to hear what’s going on in other rooms. There is no sound proofing. Bring your noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. .Large breakfasts are included. .

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is really ideal and free parking is such a bonus as it is almost impossible to find in Newport! My room was beautiful and the bathroom was great! Comfy bed and excellent water pressure! Would love to see them add a coffeemaker to each room, that would have really been great! The staff was welcoming and very accomidating, will definitely stay there again! Also, you must try the attached cafe, Picnic! Amazing food, pastries and delicious coffee too!
