84 Dr. Marcus is a newly constructed three unit building located in the more locally populated Broadway neighborhood. The building was completed in May 2025 and it is your chance to be one of the first guests in this open and airy space. The building offers off street parking, private decks, washer/dryer, outfitted kitchens and BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! Just a seven minute walk to Newport’s waterfront and downtown, the neighborhood itself is home to many restaurants, shops and bars.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.
Parking is off street with one spot assigned per unit. If you have additional guests, on street parking in the neighborhood is very easy to find.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.
