It was great to have an eating area and living room to spread out and relax. The building was a repurposed old mill which made it charming. Overall a great experience. The only cons I’ll mention are the floors are not level so I felt like I was rolling out of the bed at night, and we assumed there’d be a cooktop in our unit based on the pictures. Some units have them but ours did not. If that is important confirm ahead of time.

We like the high ceiling and the room style. We also like that the room was big enough for a family of 4 though the bed in the room was just for 2 people

Enjoyed my fall stay. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Old building so expected to hear my neighbors, but defiantly heard more then I though I would’ve. The room space was great. Staff very friendly to answer questions. There was a shared balcony area at end of each hallway to see ocean view. Location was great in middle of downtown. Elevator was very fast going up and down floors. Parking was easy and convenient.

The room was clean! I loved the1 bedroom apartment style space! The location was Perfect, as I was a solo traveler, and it was so convenient to have restaurants steps away! It is a designated Historical Site, built in 1845, so please know it’s doesn’t have the latest updates as a new hotel. There’s a wonderful coffee shop next to the Lobby of the hotel! I would stay again.

We enjoyed staying within short walking distance to the free public transport to visit the mansion area. The staff were very friendly. The parking is $40 but convenient and close to the building. The view is mostly the city and a small amount of harbor but you can access a better view from the observation deck on two levels.

Loved the location! We went for the Seafood Fest and were within a couple of blocks. The hotel itself is a great re-use of an old building and very tastefully finished
