The space was private. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Communication was all right.There were some important discrepancies in the actual space from the VRBO listing that I think should be addressed & corrected.In addition, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that should have been noticed by the hosts, but were not.It was fine for our needs on this trip, but not a place we would go out of our way to return to.

A lovely spacious room with a cute little balcony - a perfect place to have breakfast, or sip. A glass of wine in the afternoon and watch the neighborhood. The beach was only 4 blocks away. Close to the Norman Bird Sanctuary, the Green Topiary Animals, and wineries, and all that Aquidneck Island has to offer.

A little get away from the hustle and bustle summer traffic in Newport, but a short drive or uber will get you downtown.Beachy neighborhood and loved the low keyed beach walking distance. This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again.
