The Owl House with private hot tub | Pass The Keys

Step inside and discover a stylish interior combining contemporary features together with some beautiful timeless antiques. This countryside barn has just been lovingly renovated to a high standard whilst retaining its unique original features. Set in 3 acres of stunning gardens with wildlife ponds and countryside views, providing a peaceful getaway.
It is a rare find as guests have their own hot tub right outside their door and a swimming pool (seasonal) situated not far away and on site.
The space
The Owll House offers a lovely contemporary space comprising of a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Two very generous bedrooms. One king on the first floor with adjacent toilet with wash basin. The second king room has a zip link bed which enables it to be converted to a twin room if required. Please state when booking if you require a twin. This room is on the ground floor with accessible wet room with shower.

There is a spacious, but cosy, living room with patio doors opening to the private patio area, raised pond and hot tub with views over the orchard.

The hot tub is for your private use and will be ready for immediate use on arrival (no waiting for it to heat up)! It is situated immediately outside the barn. The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from June 7th and September 16th. It is situated on site and may be shared with the hosts and other house guests.

We are pet friendly ( max 2 dogs per stay) but ask that dogs are kept on a lead when walking around the gardens. We ask that dogs are not left unattended inside, (unless crated), whilst guests go out and outside in the patio area.
We make a small additional charge of £20 per dog for extra cleaning, to be settled upon arrival (cash only please).

Guest access
The Owl House is for your private use, with private entrance and allocated parking. Parking is on a secure drive behind electronic gates.

Other things to note
The Owl House is accessibility friendly with all doors being extra wide, no thresh hold step and a downstairs wet room and bedroom. The swimming pool has a roman end with shallow steps. If you have any questions about accessibility features please ask.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
