The hotel is dirty. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke and weed. My room, while the bed was made, the room smelled like sewage to find out the toilet had been used, not cleaned and clogged. I checked out and got another hotel.

A bit more flexibility on their behalf during that time would have been nice (clearing people from the breakfast area with a broken elevator and no way to access upper floors).
