The location of this charming home can't be beat! Located less than 2 miles from the Sunday River base lodges, this retreat is the perfect spot for your getaway to the mountains. With many recent updates, and a cozy modern feel, your whole group will enjoy relaxing together after a day in the Bethel/ Sunday River area. The first floor of this home features a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with everything you may need for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and a dining room to catch up on the days events together. Also on the first floor, you will find a mud room perfect for gear storage, bedroom with a queen and two twin beds, and a bathroom with radiant heated tile floors. Venture upstairs and find a cozy sitting room with lots of games, and 2 bedrooms which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Relax and unwind in the hot tub after a day exploring the area. The Sunday River Retreat has everything you could need to have the perfect stay in the Mountain of Western Maine.
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Great House in Sunday River
We had a great stay. This is an older house that feels cozy and nicely updated. The porch would be amazing in the warmer months. The hot tub (up to 4ppl comfortably) is great and spotless. The maintenance company stopped by as we were checking out to have it ready for the next guests.
