Beautiful holiday home on a lovely natural plot, only 250 meters from a child-friendly sandy beach, 800 meters from the city Snogebæk and 6km from the city Nexø.



Look forward to this beautiful house, which is both spacious and comfortable. Modern interiors and underfloor heating, so regardless of the season, there is always a pleasant indoor climate. In the living room, you can enjoy the cold evenings in front of the wood-burning stove and make use of the equipment, which includes TV with Chromecast and bluetooth speakers.



The holiday home has three bedrooms and two lofts with respectively 3 double beds in the rooms and 4 single beds in the lofts. The rooms and the 2 lofts also have televisions with Chromecast. In addition, the house has a bright, modern and functional kitchen and cozy dining area.



Outdoors, you can look forward to pleasant surroundings. Here you can settle down on a 110 m2 large and sunny, undisturbed wooden terrace with garden furniture, gas grill and outdoor kitchen. In the garden you will find a lovely conservatory with lounge furniture, where nature and life can be enjoyed in all kinds of weather. There are also two swings where the children can have fun pushing each other. In the carport there is an opportunity to charge your electric car.

Pictures have been shared with the property. Our guests loved the area around the house and the closed distance to the sea. Unfortunately, it was very dirty (house not cleaned since a while) and unhygienic beds.

Vermietergesellschaft Campala nicht zu empfehlen

Das Ferienhaus in Snogebæk im Toristvej 68 ist Grundsätzlich ein gut ausgestattet und gelegenes Ferienhaus. Soweit zu den positiven Dingen. Beim betreten des Hauses fiel uns sofort der schmutzige Fußboden und der (augenscheinlich sehr lange liegende) Staub auf dem Mobiliar und der technischen Einrichtung auf. Die Küche ist gut mit Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern gut ausgestattet, jedoch bei dieser Größe des Hauses und der Personenanzahl fehlt es eindeutig an entsprechend großen Töpfen um die Personenanzahl bekochen zu können. Des Weiteren ist der Sonnenschirm in keinem verwendbaren Zustand, was wir als Mieter an vielen Tagen zu spüren bekamen. Auch im Haus sind viele Dinge (lose Türengriffe, echt schmuddelige Ecken etc.) mit etwas mehr Kontrolle und entsprechender Struktur besser darzustellen. All diese Dinge haben wir der Hausvermietung genannt und eine Hilfe erwartet. Auch der Außenbereich entspricht nicht den Darstellungen im Katalog, wie z.B. die Spielgeräte als auch die Pflege der begehbaren Flächen. Mehr als ein Feedback das der Hauseigentümer informiert wurde, war nicht drin. Wir hatten einen Vertrag mit der Vermietungsgesellschaft, und die hat uns schlichtweg nicht geholfen bzw. nach einer weiteren Nachfrage einfach ignoriert. Das sind wir von diversen anderen Gesellschaften so nicht gewohnt!!! Aus diesem Grund können wir der Vermietungsgesellschaft keine gute Bewertung geben, und sie auch nicht weiterempfehlen!
