Lovely holiday home on two floors with sea view and lots of charm, quietly located on a wooded natural plot, only 500 meters from the splendid and extremely child-friendly Balka Beach.
Welcome to this spacious and comfortable house with modern furnishings. Tasteful furnishings and cozy sloping wooden ceilings make this house ooze holiday atmosphere. It is a pleasure to cook in the house's large kitchen, where many guests can be at work at the same time. On the 1st floor you will find a lovely living room, which is the perfect place to be and watch a movie in the evening after an active day in your holiday. Here is also access to a covered balcony - a good place for a cup of coffee.
The house has 2 bathrooms and 4 great bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 single beds. A total of space for 8 people. If you have a dog, it is also welcome on your holiday in this holiday home.
You will spend a big part of your holiday on the large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can sit and sunbathe while reading a good book or drinking a glass of wine. You also have a barbecue at your disposal, so you can have cozy barbecue evenings combined with great familiy times. There is a carport for your car, as well as charging facilities for electric cars.
