Inviting wooden holiday home, only 75 m from the beautiful Balka beach and only 300 m from the cosy village of Snogebæk.
Here you will stay in a holiday home in a class of its own with space for many guests. The open-plan concept up to the gable in combination with large windows makes the house very spacious and bright. The furnishings are modern and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house. The living room is the natural centre of the house. Here you can make yourself comfortable, watch films on the flat screen and enjoy the warmth and cosy atmosphere of the stove in winter. In the large, open and very well-equipped kitchen, it is a feast to prepare delicious meals together. One of the four bedrooms is equipped with a TV. The house also has a large loft with two beds and two bathrooms. In the utility room you will find a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has an energy-friendly heat pump system and charging facilities for electric cars.
The house is situated on a large natural plot with a playhouse, swings and a football goal. The children can have fun here while you relax on the 89 m2 partially covered terrace with various outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, or enjoy your meals al fresco. The terrace runs around a large part of the house, so you will find a suitable spot at any time of day. An absolute highlight is the outdoor spa, where you can relax and enjoy the balmy summer evenings under the stars.
