The location is in a popular area, while it's walkable, the traffic is horrible. Expect some delay waiting for taxi. The room is old and dirty. There were mold in the bathroom and cockroaches. Housekeeping was very basic, light touch up and replace towels. I would not stay here again.

Poor customer services, they tried to get things done quick and move pass you. When I said I could not remember if I deposited the miscellaneous fee and how much, and instead of they checking my name on the system, the answer I got was “Okay then your procedure is done you dont have to do anything else.” After a long while, she offered me the key to go check the room again to find the receipt. The cleaning lady found it and gave it back to me and we proceeded to check out. I only got my money back because I insisted to question her because it does not make any sense at all. Why does she say the check out procedure is done when I said I dont remember if I paid for it or not like???? Are you goo lady? Also, everything is slow and take forever to do like the checking in and out. My check in was over 30 minutes. And the staff took too long to help 1 person, not all of them but the majority of them is incompetent. Very bad experience for a 4-5 stars hotel. Room was okay, the floor was a little bit wet when i check in. Bathroom floor has little black mold of water. I just got too tired and tried to ignore it.

Easy to get around, delicious breakfast buffet, very clean swimming pool, attentive staff. I will come back and recommend my friends to stay here.
