The Sheraton was the perfect place to stay for our vacation-it’s close to the beach, shopping & the staff are super friendly & helpful! We loved the club access too! It was like our own peaceful oasis. The staff were so friendly up there too. We will definitely stay at Sheratons in the future. Thank you!

Very different club room approach

I paid the surcharge for the club facilities - staff were tireless in their efforts to make it worthwhile but the inclusion of children of all ages in the club offering made the purchase of this facility a complete waste of money. Undisciplined children running around the facility with full access to the buffet food offering 5-7 pm depreciated the experience

Had a wonderful stay celebrating NYE. The staff were absolutely amazing, I can’t rate them highly enough. Great location, clean, great food, great facilities. We would love to stay again.

All round excellent nothing to fault. Very good service at breakfast on 29/3/24 from Thuy Tame who always checked to make sure we were happy and worked with a smile and also spontaneously organised us the house special coconut coffee
