직원들의 친절도는 정말 극과 극으로 프런트 직원과 특히 컨시어지 직원은 너무 기분 좋았으나 식당과 수영장, 기타 호텔에서 마주한 직원들은 웃는 모습을 못 봤다 ㅎ 이 호텔의 최대 장점은 저렴한 가격 대비 훌륭한 식사와 대형 수영장. 어매니티나 룸 컨디션 등은 가격 생각해서 이해하는 수준.
