The room was immaculate and newly renovated/upgraded. While they’re renovating outside, inside felt warm and welcoming. When we pulled up I felt disappointed but that quickly changed once we got inside. We enjoyed our stay and all the little amenities in the bathroom etc.

The breakfast had excellent selection of quality hot and cold breakfast staples. The indoor pool was fantastic (my 2 year old loved it). There is also a hot tub, sauna and large outdoor pool. These features were all fantastic. The rooms are completely average. In general, the rooms and the property are a bit dated.

The first night our room had bedbugs, and since my trip was for work, I was awake the whole night and couldn't rest well. But the second night they changed our room, but the bedbug bites were bothering me.

The free breakfast was quite disappointing. Although they offered apples and mandarins, there was no real variety of fruits — for example, there were no bananas. There was also only one type of bread and one type of cake, with no variety in baked goods. Overall, the selection felt very limited and not suitable for a hotel of this level. Many basic and essential options were missing, and the breakfast did not feel complete. Breakfast was cold.

Young male check-in staff member was pleasant enough but female (management?) failed to acknowledge me (i.e. apologize) that side door was locked on cold, stormy day. Ring doorbell not hooked up. Had to ask for room on second floor. Note: never assign a ground level room with sliding glass patio door to a female solo traveller unless requested. TV channels limited and reception poor. Netflix and You Tube only accessible with personal account. Scalding hot water and thunderous toilet. Noisy heating system. No comment on breakfast as I left without attending.

The staff is so friendly. The breakfast has a lot of choices. Amenities are great, nice pool and hot tub. It’s our 2nd time at this propane we will definitely be back again!
