Nice stay at Comfort Inn Niagara Falls

Everything at the hotel was tidy and clean. I was on the elevator as the staff member was sanitizing it! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Excellent. On property parking was an issue, they had an overflow lot that also filled, but they fixed it by giving us passes to a closer lot owned by the hotel next door. Friendly and helpful staff.

Best Hotel Exprience!

All of the staff are super friendly. Especially Toby & Yolanda. They went out of their way to talk to us. The breakfast guy (didnt catch his name)was pretty awesome, too. He kept everything well stocked & grabbed stuff that we didn't see.

Family of 6 with teens.

Friendly staff. Smelled the cleaning product upon arrival. All tidy. Lots of free parking. Teens loved the breakfast (very nice beast team). Free Lemon water & hot tea at reception. Ample pool towels & seating, adjacent to patio. Adjoining rooms. Quiet. Rooms were slightly small for families with older/tall children (sufficien for evenings, but not for 'hanging out'). Industrial area, Adjacent to a landfill, BUT no smell or birds- if we didn't look at a map, we wouldn't have known. Felt safe/safer than 'downtown'. Quick trip to falls/state parks. When asking what their favorite part of the trip was the 12-year-old said it was a tie between the hotel (breakfast/pool) and the falls. Thank you for a good stay!

Had an issue when checking in and was given our room keys to someone else’s room Upon opening the door I immediately saw the bed was not made and shopping bags on the floor. I quickly closed the door and went downstairs to inform the front desk and the staff was very chill about it and didn’t seem to see the problem and gave me the keys to another room I did find the manager at the front desk the next morning when checking out and let him know what happened and he made a comment of “she did it again”. Could have been a really bad situation had someone been in the room when we went in… I know if someone entered my room with me and my family inside my reaction wouldn’t be calm. Not at all happy with what happened or how it was handled. Too bad because this property is in a great location and was clean.
