We stayed 3 nights for a family trip to Niagara Falls. Hotel location is about 15 minutes from the falls. The hotel offers a free shuttle but we did not ask about it.

Smaller rooms and far away from water falls.

Not well protected against outside and adjacent room noise. Smaller rooms. Dining area is smaller and crowded in the prime morning time. Far away from the waterfalls. No shuttle services.

Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel was not clean and absolutely not worth the $150+ per night rate. Reviews on Expedia did not reflect the real condition of the property — felt completely misled. Would not recommend and will not return.
